Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Natural Eye Lashes Individual.

Individual lashes generally last through your natural lash cycle, about 4–6 weeks. For a consistently full look we recommend touch-up fills every 2–3 weeks. Longevity depends on your lash shedding pattern and how carefully you follow aftercare.

When applied and removed by trained technicians using quality adhesive, individual lashes should not damage your natural lashes. Avoid oil-based products and mechanical rubbing. Improper removal or poor aftercare can cause breakage, so always return to a professional for refills or removal.

Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and skip contact lenses or bring a case to remove them. Avoid caffeine if you have trouble sitting still. Plan about 60–90 minutes depending on fullness requested and communicate your desired look with the technician.

Avoid water, steam and oil-based products for the first 24 hours. Refrain from rubbing, tugging, or using mascara. Brush lashes daily with a clean spoolie and use water-based cleansers. Schedule regular fills and consult us if irritation occurs.

We generally advise avoiding mascara to preserve extensions. If you must use it, choose a gentle, water-based mascara and apply only to the lash tips. Never use waterproof formulas or oil-based removers, and remove makeup gently to avoid compromising bonds.

Many clients with mild sensitivity tolerate individual lashes when hypoallergenic adhesives are used, but we recommend a patch test before application. Tell us about allergies or eye conditions during booking. If you have active infection or severe sensitivity we may advise against treatment.
